GMA Team Attends AIMA Foundation Day & Management Day 2025
The Goa Management Association (GMA) was represented at the prestigious AIMA Foundation Day and Management Day celebrations, held on 21 February 2025, in New Delhi by Mr Deepak Bandekar, Chairman of GMA, and Mr Amin Ladak, Immediate Past Chairman of GMA, who attended the event, engaging with industry leaders, policymakers, and distinguished professionals from across the country.
AIMA organised its 69th Foundation Day & 19th National Management Day at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi. The theme this year was ‘India tomorrow: Unlocking industry, innovation, talent’.
Organized annually by the All India Management Association (AIMA), the Foundation Day & Management Daycelebrations bring together thought leaders and experts to discuss the evolving role of management in shaping India’s future. The event serves as a platform for knowledge sharing, networking, and recognizing excellence in management and leadership.
This year’s celebrations featured a compelling lineup of speakers, including business stalwarts, economists, and policymakers, who addressed the challenges and opportunities in India’s rapidly transforming economic and business landscape. Key discussions revolved around innovation in leadership, sustainable business practices, digital transformation, and global competitiveness.
The Inaugural Session was addressed by Dr Suneeta Reddy; Mr T V Narendran and Ms Rekha Sethi. The Foundation Day Souvenir was also released on the occasion. During the day, several sessions included key speakers like Mr Sunil Kant Munjal, Mr Nikhil Sawhney, Mr Yezdi Nagporewalla; Mr Vineet Agarwal; Mr Sanjay Singh, Mr BVR Subrahmanyam, Mr TV Narendran; Mr TV Mohandas Pai, Mr Sanjeev Bikhchandani, Mr Sanjay Singh, Mr Sunil Mathur, Mr Pranjal Sharma and Ms Navika Kumar. One all-women panel discussion included Dr Suneeta Reddy, Ms Preetha Reddy, Dr Sangita Reddy and Ms Shereen Bhan discussing the legacy of Apollo Hospitals. There were also interesting Fireside Chats with Ms Kiran Rao, Mr Dilip Sanghvi and Mr Nandan Nilekani separately, moderated by famous personalities.
