Goa Management Association held an Interaction with Mr Prakash Iyer on 20 December 2024 at Berger Becker Coatings Pvt Ltd.
Mr Prakash Iyer is a well-known motivational speaker, renowned author and certified leadership coach, and has written several books. Prakash Iyer had a long distinguished career in corporate in several sectors and locations, and his last role in the corporate world was as the CEO of Kimberly Clark Lever. He conducts workshops and coaches leaders. He is currently working on his fifth book.
From his three decades in the corporate world, selling soaps and colas to Yellow Pages and diapers, he shared lessons and anecdotes on what it takes to become as good as possible.
Mr Iyer addressed members of the Goa Management Association at the GMA Interaction.
He regaled the audience with stories from his experiences, speaking about his personal life, corporate experiences and other lessons learnt during his life. He also shared anecdotes from his recent book, How Come No One Told Me That?
He concluded his talk by stressing the need to create a legacy in life. His talk was followed by enthusiastic participation by the audience, who discussed several aspects of interest from his talk including cricket.
He later autographed copies of his book, How Come No One Told Me That?, which were given to the audience members. 
Berger Becker Coatings Private Limited, as a corporate member of GMA hosted the event at their organisation. The talk and the evening proceedings were coordinated and arranged by the team at Berger Becker.
Mr Rajesh Mehrotra, Vice Chairman, summarised the talk and thanked everyone at the end.
